Shipping Policy

Prints.

Shipping is pre-calculated for the US. Please contact me directly to arrange international delivery. Please note that foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty. All prints will be insured for shipping and will be shipped via FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the print is on its way. Please Allow 10 business days for larger prints and original artwork.

Original art.

Each piece of original art is unique so there are no hard and fast rules for shipping originals. Each piece will be wrapped and either boxed or crated depending on size. It will be insured to its full value and shipped via a reputable shipping company.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Open edition prints and original paintings have a quick turnaround time and can be shipped within 3-4 business days. Please allow 10 business days for larger prints. Original works are all unique and so are their shipping requirements. There are no hard and fast rules regarding shipping times, but I will try to get your painting to you as soon as possible.

 

Returns Policy

Hassle free exchanges/returns

I have never had a return yet and my collector’s happiness is my top priority. I want you to love your new artwork, that’s why I offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you don’t love it, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). No Questions, no Hassle. All I ask is that you follow these steps:

  1. Send me an email to paul@paulwestacott.com to obtain instructions on how to obtain a refund,

  2. Ship your item back to me in its original packaging via a track-able method

Damaged artwork. No Worries!

Sometimes stuff just happens! Your purchase will be professionally packed and shipped and I am confident that it will arrive in mint condition, but sometimes things can happen in transit. If your artwork is damaged or defective in any way just follow these simple steps to take advantage of my hassle free replacement process.

  1. Take a digital photo of the damaged product and the shipping container (if damaged).

  2. Attach the photos to an email and send to paul@paulwestacott.com. Please provide your order number and a short description of the damage in the email.

  3. I will immediately begin the process of replacing the damaged product.

If no damage is visible in the photograph it may be necessary for you to return the item.
